With the right support, this stage can be an opportunity to protect your long-term health, reconnect with your body, and feel strong, resilient, and empowered.
As a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), I provide evidence-based, individualized care — including the thoughtful use of Menopause Hormone Therapy (MHT) when appropriate — to help you navigate perimenopause and menopause with confidence.
— supporting shifting hormones and easing the intensity of symptoms.
— helping your body and mind adapt during this major life change.
— reducing risks of osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease, metabolic disorders, and cognitive decline.
— addressing mood, sleep, energy, and vitality alongside physical changes.
— tailoring MHT, herbal and nutritional medicine, and lifestyle care to your unique needs.

I co-lead The Menopause Current, a small-group care program I co-created with my colleague Dr. Ashley Damm at Acubalance. It’s the perfect starting point if you want expert guidance, community, and a clear roadmap through this transition—without the commitment of full one-to-one care (yet!).
If you’re ready to understand your symptoms, feel supported, and learn what your body needs during this phase, explore the program.
There is no “one-size-fits-all” solution for perimenopause and menopause. My role is to help you understand what’s happening in your body, identify the root contributors to your symptoms, and tailor a treatment plan to your unique needs.
As a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, I am trained in the safe and effective use of Menopause Hormone Therapy (MHT), which can be a highly effective tool for symptom relief and long-term health. For some women, MHT is the right choice; for others, integrative strategies such as nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, botanical medicine, and mind-body approaches provide excellent support. Most often, the best results come from an individualized plan that combines approaches to meet your personal goals.
Note: While my practice primarily supports women’s health, I welcome and provide care for people of all genders seeking reproductive or hormonal health support.
I welcome patients from across British Columbia and offer both in-person visits in Vancouver and virtual appointments for accessibility and convenience.
